A wrestler from GLEAT appears in SGW.
The promotion took to social media on Wednesday, April 10 to promote a new match between Kapeeka and GLEAT's Check Shimatani. The match took place as a part of the Pearlmania event for the company.
After the bout, Shimatani took to social media himself and said that competing in SGW was the experience of a lifetime.

Shimatani has wrestled in GLEAT since 2022. Throughout his time with the promotion, he's held the G-INFINITY Championships alongside Hayato Tamura and wrestled the likes of Flamita, El Lindaman, Jun Tonsho, T-Hawk, and Oji Shiiba.
Shimatani was not alone, as CIMA also visited the promotion. CIMA is a decorated veteran; he has wrestled for GLEAT, AJPW, DDT, Dragon Gate, Michinoku Pro Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and other promotions.
