Grizzled Young Veterans are back on NXT.
The duo of James Drake and Zack Gibson returned to NXT for the first time in nearly 10 months, attacking Ever-Rise as they were about to have a match. Drake and Gibson cut a promo, saying people have forgotten who they were.

The last time Grizzled Young Veterans were in the ring was in February when they defeated the team of Steve Cutler & Wesley Blake of The Forgotten Sons. Earlier this year, Grizzled Young Veterans were in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic finals, losing to the team of Pete Dunne and Matt Riddle.
