Gunther isn't sure he'll ever face Brock Lesnar.
WWE Intercontinental Champion Gunther has been very vocal about wanting to face Brock Lesnar at some point in his career, calling Brock his "end boss."
However, Brock was implicated, but not outright named, in a lawsuit brought forth by Janel Grant against Vince McMahon and WWE. The lawsuit alleges that Vince McMahon used Ms. Grant in a sexual manner to keep "a world-famous athlete and former UFC Heavyweight Champion with whom WWE was actively trying to sign to a new contract."
“I always was vocal about my dream match in the past, but that fell through now. I don’t know if we’ll see Brock again if that’s ever going to happen, but I’m wide open when it comes to that as of now,” Gunther told GVWire.
Lesnar has reportedly been pulled from creative plans moving forward.
Gunther is set to defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Jey Uso on Monday's WWE Raw.
