While speaking to NBC Sports in a new interview, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther was asked by Gary Neville what Premier League player would make the best pro wrestler, with Gunther naming Manchester City striker Erling Haaland.

"Right now? It depends on who is the best character, I guess. I think from England in the Premier League right now, maybe Erling Haaland would be good. He's quite tall. He's charismatic. He's a machine, so I think he could have a career in that."

Elsewhere in the same interview, Gunther spoke about Sheamus being one of the most painful experiences on the WWE roster. You can read more about that here.
