Gunther makes a statement in Berlin.
Gunther defeated Randy Orton in a highly competitive match at the WWE Bash in Berlin. This was the first time Gunther had closed out a WWE pay-per-view since joining the main roster in 2022. Randy Orton gave it his best shot and delivered RKOs, but it was Gunther's night, and he would defeat Randy Orton with a rear naked choke. While Randy Orton did not tap out, he did pass out.
After the match, Gunther and Randy shook hands in a sign of respect. Gunther would also cut a promo after the official show went off the air, addressing the crowd in Berlin on the WWE Bash in Berlin post-show.
