Henry Cejudo Would Love To Do A WWE Appearance And Beat Up Rey Mysterio

Henry Cejudo successfully defended his UFC Bantamweight Title at UFC 249, stopping Dominick Cruz late in the second round. While a victory for Cejudo wasn't too surprising -- he was the betting favorite in the fight -- his post-fight interview when he retired from MMA caught many off guard.

It is unknown if Cejudo's retirement will stick as he's already teasing coming back if Dana White "adds another zero" to his paycheck. But if he is done with MMA, a WWE appearance isn't out of the question.

In the UFC 249 post-fight press conference, Cejudo was asked about a potential appearance in WWE now that he's done with MMA.

"I would love to do an appearance, but the stuff they do in WWE, shit, I would love to beat up on Rey Mysterio. He can bend the knee too. And Kurt Angle," he said.

Cejudo previously talked about doing something with WWE in 2017, revealing he had talks with WWE and had a trip to Orlando to tryout at the Performance Center. However, he decided to focus on fighting instead.
