The Switchblade era is over Japan.
At NJPW New Beginning in Osaka, Hikuleo defeated Jay White in a "Loser Leaves Japan" match, which means the Bullet Club member is no longer allowed to wrestle on New Japan Pro-Wrestling's home turf.
However, as Switchblade addressed in a post-match promo, he is still able to compete for NJPW STRONG. White is currently scheduled to face Eddie Kingston at NJPW Battle in the Valley on February 18 and told Gedo that if he can make it through Kingston, he and Gedo would be able to take over NJPW STRONG together.
