Although NXT is set to have weekly television shows on the USA Network, it won't start out as a two-hour show on USA.
First reported from PWInsider, NXT will start out with the first hour being televised live on the USA Network while the second episode will be live on the WWE Network. The report stated that broadcast schedule will only be for the September 18 and 25 editions of NXT. Starting from October 2 onwards, both hours of NXT will air live on the USA Network.
Shortly after the PWInsider reported was live, WWE confirmed the news on social media. Initially, NXT episodes on USA Network would be available on the WWE Network 24 hours after it first aired on USA but for the shows September 18 and 25, the second hour will be immediately available for on-demand viewing on WWE Network.
On Sept. 18 & 25, the first hour of #WWENXT will air LIVE on @USA_Network and the second hour will stream live on @WWENetwork!
