Isla Dawn And Alba Fyre Retain WWE Women's Tag Titles Over Meta-Four On 7/30 NXT Great American Bash

The Unholy Union retained their gold in the WWE Women's Tag Titles on the WWE NXT Great American Bash.

Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn opened the first week of WWE NXT Great American Bash. They defended their titles against Meta-Four's Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend.

The challengers put up a good fight, but Dawn was able to take out Legend with an apron Meteora. Then, the Scottish duo hit Jackson with their Double Flatliner finish.

Next, the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions will face former Champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill on the August 2 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown. Learn more about that here.

After the match, Meta-Four's Oro Mensah was confronted by WWE NXT Champion Ethan Page. Mensah was able to roll up Ethan as Jackson and Legend counted another pinfall.

Mensah will get the chance to defeat Ethan Page legitimately for the NXT Championship on the August 6 episode of WWE NXT Great American Bash.
