Earlier this week, news broke on Fightful Select and via WrestleTalk that Shane McMahon and Tony Khan had met on July 29th.
While speaking at SummerSlam's media junket on Friday, former AEW star Jade Cargill was asked by SportsKeeda's Bill Apter about the meeting and what her thoughts were on the subject.
"I mean good for them. I feel like I'm focused here at WWE. I'm excited for what we're bringing to the table, but at the end of the day there's a lot of open opportunities and I'm not one to sit back and like shun on anybody. That's great for him, this means more opportunities for all of us, but I'm more so focused on the WWE bubble and what we got going on here."
On the August 2nd edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair were unsuccessful in recapturing the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships thanks to an attack by Blair Davenport.
