Jakara Jackson is out.
WWE announced that Jakara Jackson is not medically cleared for the NXT Women's Breakout Tournament. She will be replaced by Brinley Reece.
Jackson was scheduled to face Arianna Grace in the first round. Reece will now face Grace.
The winner will meet Kelani Jordan in the semifinals. Jordan defeated Izzi Dame in the first round.

When Reece faces Grace, she will be making her NXT TV Debut.
