Jeff Hardy Claims His Hell In A Cell Match Will Be Very Memorable And That He's Going To "Do Something People Won't Forget"

Jeff Hardy is ready to lay it all on the line.

Tonight is the night that the Cameron, North Carolina native Jeff Hardy gets to be in a match that he has wanted to be in for his entire career and that match is Hell In A Cell. Hardy will be locked inside of the steel structure with former 13-time WWE World Champion Randy Orton. The two have been at odds dating back to May when Hardy defeated Randy Orton to retain the WWE United States Championship at the 'Backlash' PPV. Following 'Backlash', Orton took some time off to have knee surgery and returned just two months later to continue his feud with Jeff.

Their issues have brought their rivalry to this point that it needs to be settled inside Hell In A Cell and to promote the PPV and the match, Jeff Hardy sat down to talk with talkSPORT and stated that he is going to do something that the fans have never seen before when it is time for him to step from behind the curtain.

“I’ve talked about it a lot because the one thing I’ve never done in WWE is a Hell In A Cell match and now here we are. I’m in a Hell In A Cell with Randy Orton and I can’t wait to see what I can do inside that cage." Jeff said. "It’s going to be very memorable and I’ll do something that people won’t forget. I think my thoughts are too big for my size sometimes, but I’ve got a lot of good ideas of what I can do inside that structure and this Sunday is when we find what will happen. It will be a very memorable Jeff Hardy match. Expect the unexpected."

"The Charismatic Enigma" revealed that he did not ask or lobby for this match to happen. He added that the company gave it to him and from that gift he has received some sort of youthful spark seeing as how he knows what awaits him tonight.

"I never asked for it and I actually thought it was one of those things that would never happen. But when I found out I got really excited about it, like a youthful spark from a Jeff Hardy in his twenties. I never asked, but they sure are giving it to me, so we’ll see what happens.” Hardy stated.

Jeff also spoke about how he is preparing for tonight's bout, shared his thoughts on Randy Orton and more. To read the full interview, click here, and to get ready for the 'Hell In A Cell' PPV, head over to Fightful's "events" section to see what's on schedule for tonight's show.
