Jey Uso is the one.
The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) defeated Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa in the main event of WWE Money in the Bank.
The finish saw Jey Uso pin Reigns after a multiple superkicks by the twins and an Uso splash from Jey.
This marked the first time Reigns has been pinned since December 15, 2019 when he lost to Baron Corbin. Reigns is still the reigning Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
Near the end of the match, Reigns attempted to pin both Usos after Solo hit a Samoan spike on Jimmy and the Reigns & Solo hit a spike/spear combo on Jey, but the Usos managed to kick out. Solo took himself out of the match shortly after, missing a splash through the table on Jimmy.
Roman made a pin attempt on Jey after a spear, but Jey kicked out by low blowing Roman, which led to the finish of the match.

The first shot in the Bloodline Civil War was fired by Jimmy at WWE Night of Champions when he superkicked Reigns during the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Title bout as Reigns & Sikoa faced Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn. Jey would stand by the side of his brother on a subsequent episode of SmackDown, delivering his own superkick to Reigns.
