A WWE Hall of Famer has been abducted.
On the April 5 episode of NXT 2.0, Joe Gacy cut two backstage promos with Harland by his side. In the first, he spoke about family being the one beacon of light in the world. He says that family members know all sides of us and that when we no longer have them, it leads to self-destruction. In the second segment, he talked about turning to family when your life is filled with chaos. What happens when you can't control the chaos? The chaos takes over you.
Following Bron Breakker's main event victory over Gunther, his father, Rick Steiner appeared on the big screen and congratulated him before the camera panned out and showed him tied up and in a cage. Joe Gacy then appeared with Harland and said "Let's see if we can teach this old dog some new tricks."
