Joe Hendry has been a focal point of the working relationship between WWE and TNA Wrestling. As part of that working relationship, Hendry has had the opportunity to headline WWE NXT PLEs and, most recently, appear in the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble as the TNA Wrestling World Champion. Another individual who has been a focal point of that working relationship is Jordynne Grace. Grace entered the 2024 Royal Rumble as TNA Knockouts World Champion and officially made her debut as a WWE-contracted wrestler one year later in the 2025 event.
During a recent interview with Shakiel Mahjouri, Hendry was asked whether he intends to follow in her footsteps and make WWE his next destination when his TNA contract expires. Hendry didn't give any hints about his future but instead emphatically stated that his current goal is to help elevate TNA Wrestling, which is his primary focus.
"My job is to be the TNA World Champion and my job is to represent TNA, to elevate this championship, and to elevate the company. So my focus is on TNA Wrestling."
There you have it. Still, as long as you say his name, he'll appear.
