The card for the August 20 episode of WWE NXT takes shape.
The next episode of WWE NXT will significantly impact the upcoming WWE NXT No Mercy pay-per-view. Roxanne Perez's next challenger for the WWE NXT Women's Title will be determined in a No Mercy Gauntlet Eliminator Match featuring six women who have never gotten a chance to wrestle for the WWE NXT Women's Title. Wren Sinclair, Sol Ruca, Adriana Rizzo, Jaida Parker, Kendal Grey, and Karmen Petrovic will all look to punch their ticket to the upcoming NXT PLE on September 1.
Additionally, at least one TNA wrestler looks to make history and become WWE NXT Champion at NXT No Mercy. That person is, of course, Joe Hendry. Hendry will look to earn an opportunity to face Ethan Page for the gold when he takes on Wes Lee and Pete Dunne in a Triple Threat on August 20.

Also booked for the card, Lola Vice will take on NXT's resident sleep paralysis demon, Wendy Choo. Rounding out the card announcements, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson will take on Hank Walker and Tank Ledger.
Ashante Adonis also challenged Dion Lennox to a match for next week, but that was not made official.
