Joey Ryan is ready to return to action full-time beginning in late January.
Ryan has been sidelined since early November with a torn pectoral muscle. Ryan detailed the severity of the injury here. Despite the injury, he has continued to make appearances for various promotions, working in a non-wrestling capacity. On Wednesday night, Ryan revealed that he will be back full-time in late January.

Even with a torn pectoral muscle, Ryan has made an impact on the Independent scene. He ran in during the infamous David Arquette vs. Nick Gage deathmatch at Joey Janela's LA Confidential on Nov. 16. Ryan was originally slated to face Gage in the main event before his injury.
He also competed for the IWGP US Title against Cody Rhodes in a thumb war, staring contest, and Dwayne (rock), paper, scissors bout as part of World Series Wrestling‘s “International Assault: The Elite Takeover" tour in late November. Cody defeated Ryan in all three contests. Ryan has continued to participate in thumb wars while injured, even facing WWE superstar Bayley in an Impromptu Falls Count Anywhere Thumb Wrestling War at a Bar Wrestling event on Dec. 20.
Ryan is scheduled to host Joey Ryan's Penis Party on April 5 as part of the WrestleMania weekend festivities.
