John Cena shares timely wisdom.
Earlier this morning on Twitter, John Cena sent out one of his inspirational tweets.
Cena has often said that fans can interpret his tweets however they want, but all of them have a specific purpose. The words and timing are likely no coincidence with WWE holding Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia this afternoon.
The C Nation Leader refused to go Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel after news broke that Saudi officials were involved in the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Cena was officially pulled from the show this past Monday on Raw. He was scheduled to participate in the WWE World Cup.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that Cena was advised not to go in order to protect his image as he moves away from wrestling and into Hollywood.
Wrestlers have spoken out against Cena's refusal to attend over the past week. Mark Henry believed Cena was letting fans down by not attending while Randy Orton, who didn't know of Cena's decision, wondered if Cena even still wrestled.
