Whose house? It was, in fact, Jon Moxley's house.
Moxley defeated Swerve Strickland in the main event of AEW Dynasty for the AEW World Championship, after interference from the returning Young Bucks.
Coming off a brutal battle with Cope, Moxley defended the AEW Championship in a hold-for-hold matchup with Swerve at first. The two traded various mat-based maneuvers before finally turning into a strike-fest. Eventually, Swerve would get busted open and Moxley ended up biting the wound before continuing to pummel him and dropping him with a Paradigm Shift on the steel steps.

Swerve ended up tricking Moxley into giving a Cutter to Marina Shafir, before biting Moxley back, jumping off a ladder, and delivering a Swerve Stomp to the former champion through the announce table. The two shared a laugh, and some strikes before Moxley threw a chair into the face of the referee.
Despite interference from Adam Page, who delivered a Deadeye to Moxley, Mox ended up getting the win after The Young Bucks returned and hit the BTE-Trigger on Strickland.
