JTG Would Like To Be More Involved With Virtual Basement's 'The Wrestling Code' Game

Cryme Tyme (JTG & Shad Gaspard) were early additions to the Virtual Basement 'Wrestling Code' game with the duo being announced in 2020.

The roster has continues to grow over the years, but it is unknown when the game will be released.

Speaking on Wrassingh, JTG provided an update on Shad Gaspard still appearing in the game and his involvement with the project.

"I hope so," JTG replied when asked if they were still part of the game. "The makers of the game, they were worried, when Shad passed, would his wife still be okay with him being in the game? She gave them the green light. We'll see. I don't know when the game is being released. We did our photos and every now and then, I reach out to Virtual Basement, 'I'm ready to do Mo Cap, when am I doing Mo Cap? I need to do my own moves.' They haven't gotten back to me on a date or anything, but I'd like to be involved more, even though I have a lot of stuff going on. Being in the video game is a privilege and an honor so I'll definitely make the time to make sure that whatever they need, they get it for me."

Gaspard tragically passed away in May 2020 while saving his son from a riptide in Venice Beach.
