Kamille addresses recent discussions with Shawn Michaels.
Since January 1st, former NWA Women's Champion Kamille has been a free agent, with multiple promotions pursuing her signature on a full time deal.
While speaking to WrestlingNews.co's Steve Fall in a recent interview, Kamille was asked about possibly heading to WWE. Kamille noted that she has spoken to Shawn Michaels, and will never say never about signing with the promotion.
“Never say never is great in professional wrestling. I mean, look at CM Punk going back to WWE. Literally never say never. Once again I just appreciated so much that that he’s even taking the time out to look at my work, to enjoy my matches, watch my promos. I had conversations with Shawn Michaels and I had no clue that Shawn Michaels had any idea who in the world I was and found out he was a big fan. Stuff like that blew my mind and it was super humbling and amazing. To hear Tony have such nice feedback when you asked him the question the other day, was really refreshing."
As of this writing, Kamille has yet to sign with a promotion. Fightful will continue to update fans on the latest regarding Kamille and her free agency.
As referred to above, Tony Khan spoke on Kamille's free agency during the AEW Revolution media call, stating that he would 'never say never' on Kamille coming in to All Elite Wrestling. You can read more about that here.
