Kane hasn't wrestled since he made a cameo appearance in the 2021 WWE Royal Rumble.
He hasn't wrestled a singles or tag team match since WWE Crown Jewel 2018 when he teamed with the Undertaker against Shawn Michaels & Triple H.
Speaking to PWMania, Kane was asked about the possibility of wrestling one more match in WWE.
“I’ll always leave that door open. In WWE we never say never. I don’t know what will happen. I do some stuff here and there in the WWE. That’s a part of me and it’s something I enjoy and want to do for the rest of my life. If it’s something in the ring, I don’t know. Maybe you have to ask Kane that question," he said.
Kane made an appearance at WWE SummerSlam 2022, which took place in Nashville, Tennessee, to give the attendance announcement for the event.
Speaking about being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, Kane said, “It’s the pinnacle of what we do. There aren’t that many people in it. To be honored like that with people I watched, and idolized as a kid growing up like Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, and of course Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, and Bruno Sammartino, it’s hard to believe that I’m in there too. It’s hard for me to think I belong in that group. It’s a tremendous compliment, and still, even now it’s almost surreal to even think about.”
Kane was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2021.
