Kazuchika Okada lets Buddy Matthews know that he has earned his respect.
At AEW Grand Slam Australia on Saturday, Kazuchika Okada would defend his AEW Continental Championship at the event vs Australia's own Buddy Matthews. While Matthews would put up a valiant effort, he would eventually come up short against the champion.
In a digital exclusive posted to AEW's social media, Okada reacted to his match with Matthews, telling Buddy he earned his respect.
"Buddy, you did a good job in front of your home country. You earned my respect. But you are still a bitch."
