The Golden Jets earn a title shot.
The Golden Jets (Kenny Omega & Chris Jericho) defeated the Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) at AEW Full Gear to earn a shot at the AEW Tag Team Titles. The back and forth bout saw Omega tease turning on Jericho, but instead delivering the V-Trigger to the Bucks. Omega also kicked out of the One-Winged Angel by Matt.
The finish saw Omega put Matt away with the One-Winged Angel.
The Bucks weren't happy after the match, refusing to shake hands with Omega and destroying the ringside arena.

As per the stipulation, the Golden Jets received the AEW Tag Team Title match that belonged to the Young Bucks, who won a four-way match at AEW WrestleDream. The Golden Jets can challenge for the titles whenever they choose.
Had the Young Bucks won, the Golden Jets would have to split up.
