Kevin Knight has several dream matches if he were to take part in this year's AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
MuscleManMalcolm recently interviewed Kevin Knight for his Muscle Memory series of interviews. During the discussion, Knight was asked about dream opponents from AEW if he were to compete at this year's Forbidden Door.
Not only did he say that he would like to face Dante & Darius Martin in a tag team match, but he also would like the chance to test himself against the likes of Darby Allin. Additionally, he would like the opportunity to show Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, or Jay White what the new generation of New Japan Pro-Wrestling talent is all about.
"That AEW roster is so deep. There are so many names. Just off the top of my head, Top Flight would be a great showing," he began. "Darby. I would love to go against Darby because we have that history of training together. Of course, the guys that just recently left New Japan. I never got to step in the ring with them. Okada, Ospreay, Jay White. I would love to show them the new generation of New Japan that's coming in, you know, because we're here for creating our own opportunities."
A date or venue has yet to be confirmed for this year's AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
