Kevin Nash Jokes That He Outprices Himself Out Of Indie Events, 'They Can’t Afford Me, I Make Sure Of It'

Kevin Nash won't be returning to the ring.

Nash hasn't wrestled in a match since 2018 when he competed in a gauntlet match for Big Time Wrestling. Before that, Nash's full-time in-ring career came to an end at the tail end of 2011 after losing to Triple H in a ladder match.

On the latest edition of Kliq This, Nash was asked if he would still be able to compete in a match in present day. In response, Nash shrugged the suggestion off and joked that he outprices himself for appearance style bookings.

“Fuck no [laughs]. It’s like when people say, ‘Hey, do you still do anything appearance-wise?’ I’m like, ‘What do you got in mind?’ ‘I was thinking maybe commissioner.’ No. I could be commissioner on a zoom call [laughs]. I won’t go someplace and get in the ring and cut a promo. Indie shows can’t afford me. I make sure of it [laughs]. ’No, you misunderstood me, I said $50,000.’ ‘We can do that.’ ‘No, 50 plus…’"

Elsewhere in the podcast, Nash stated that Cody Rhodes could have dragged him through a match two years ago if he was healthy. Check out his full comments here.
