Kevin Nash Praises Drew McIntyre's Promo On 10/30 WWE Raw, Says It Felt 'Very ESPN'

Kevin Nash comments on Drew McIntyre's promo package that aired on the October 30 episode of WWE Raw.

The package, which was aired to promote McIntyre's match with Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel, documented McIntyre's entire journey in WWE. A big point that McIntyre made in the promo was that he never got the chance to be a world champion in front of fans, as both of his title reigns took place during the COVID era of wrestling.

Despite the fact that McIntyre failed to capture the World Heavyweight Championship from Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel, many fans are still praising his work in the feud with 'The Visionary'.

On the latest episode of the Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash praised McIntyre's promo that aired on the October 30 episode of Raw, noting that it felt like an ESPN segment.

“I tell you the thing that I really thought was a good piece that they did on Monday Night Raw, was the McIntyre piece. They showed that he was the chosen one and that he kinda failed, he went off for like four years and kind of found himself and came back. Worked himself back into the position to win the Royal Rumble, now he’s going to go against Lesnar. COVID hits and he wins the championship in an empty arena and he defends this belt in an empty arena and before the people came back, he lost the belt. I just thought that was done very ESPN [like], it had a really good feel to it.”
