Kevin Owens Says He Wasn't Supposed To Be At WWE SmackDown, Says Cody Rhodes Turned On Him At WWE Bad Blood

Kevin Owens says Cody Rhodes turned on him.

After WWE Bad Blood last weekend, Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens were filmed arguing in the parking lot, with Owens attacking Rhodes. Triple H would acknowledge the incident, and stated the matter would be dealt with internally.

On the October 11th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Kevin Owens interrupted Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend's entrance for their scheduled WWE Women's Tag Team Championship bout, stating that he wasn't supposed to be there before having his mic turned off. Owens would take Corey Graves' headset, stating that he didn't turn on Cody, Cody turned on him.

This brought Rhodes and security out, before Randy Orton also made his way to the ring to calm things down. After catching an elbow from Owens, Orton would lay Owens out with a right hand before immediately looking apologetic. A shocked Owens would then leave the ring to end the segment.
