It's official, Kofi Kingston is going to Fastlane.
At the end of tonight's episode of SmackDown, Shane McMahon announced that Kofi Kingston will challenge Daniel Bryan for the WWE Title at Fastlane. The announcement was made following Kofi pinning Bryan in a six-man tag team bout. Bryan and Kingston were the last two men left inside the Elimination Chamber this past Sunday. Kingston put up a valiant effort and nearly shocked the world by capturing his first WWE Title, but Bryan was able to overcome and retain.
Now, Kofi will get a one-on-one shot at the hemp at Fastlane. Kofi previously defeated Bryan in singles competition last week as part of the Elimination Chamber gauntlet. You can view highlights from that bout in the video above.
