Kota Ibushi Wants To Share His Knowledge And Build Future Stars If He Signs With AEW

Kota Ibushi wants to share his knowledge and help young stars if he signs with AEW.

Ibushi had been one of NJPW's top stars when he went down with a shoulder injury in the finals of the G1 Climax 31 tournament in October 2021. He subsequently left NJPW when his contract expired at the end of January 2023. Given his ties with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), he has often been linked to All Elite Wrestling. The former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion has expressed his interest in working with the company. and named his terms for a potential deal.

Speaking with Dark Puroresu Flowsion, Ibushi made it clear that he would want to help build up AEW stars by sharing his knowledge if he signs with the company.

"I want to share my knowledge with them as much as I can in AEW. The reason is to spread wrestling. To make it more major. I will give my all to wrestling," Ibushi said.
