Kris Statlander discusses two of the best moments of her career.

Since joining the company in late 2019, Kris Statlander has continued to impress fans while climbing up the ranks of All Elite Wrestling. Specifically, the last two years have been very successful for Statlander, as she held the TBS Championship for 174 days in 2023. Earlier this year at All Out, Statlander fought Willow Nightingale in a Street Fight, a match that some fans believe is a match of the year contender.

While speaking to Andy McNamara of The Sick Podcast for a new interview, Statlander named her match with Nightingale as her favorite match in AEW period.

“If I had a favorite match, I’d probably say the street fight at All Out that I did with Willow."

Statlander also went on to give credit to John Silver for being a part of her breakout match on the independent scene.

"On the indies, it pains me to give him credit, but John Silver was my breakout match and I have to give him the credit because that match with him is what helped me take off. He’s such a pain in the butt that it pains me. It physically hurts me every time I give him the credit for that.”

Statlander is set to face Kamille on Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite. Check out the full lineup for the show here.

In a seperate recent interview, Statlander talked about wanting to be a champion again and possibly working with NJPW. Check out her full comments by clicking here.
