LA Knight will defend his WWE United States Championship on the August 30 episode of WWE SmackDown.
LA Knight already successfully defended the WWE United States Title once, defeating Santos Escobar on the August 23 episode of WWE SmackDown. Later that night, he said he would be heading to Berlin to defend his title again. Only this time, he's planning on defending his championship against anyone who wants to step up.
No set date was announced following his promo, but WWE now confirmed that this open challenge will take place on the August 30 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
Next Friday, United States Champion LA Knight will hold an Open Challenge for his title in Berlin, Germany.
Last week, Knight retained his title against Santos Escobar and now looks to add another defense to his resume in Berlin.
