On the September 29, 2021 episode of AEW Dynamite, Arn Anderson cut his infamous "Glock" promo on Cody Rhodes. Anderson was calling out Cody for his lack of focus and fortitude during his feud with Malakai Black, saying that if someone tried to rob him, he'd pull out his glock.
The photo of Anderson mimicking holding a gun and pointing it at Cody became a meme, and Lee Johnson stood in the background with a confused look on his face.
Speaking on AEW Unrestricted, Lee explained why he looked so confused.
"Funny story about that, there was this meme going around where I was almost straight-faced when it happened, I didn't give much reaction. I couldn't hear anything. He does this glock thing, and I popped when I watched it back, but in the moment, I couldn't hear anything that was going on so I was trying to focus so hard on listening. I couldn't hear. I wish I could have heard it in the moment, for sure," he said.
While Lee was once under the tutelage of Anderson, he has since realigned himself with QT Marshall in The Factory.
