Lex Luger says Sting is the first person who comes to mind.
Lex Luger had a legendary wrestling career. He was a member of the Four Horsemen in WCW, and he also had a memorable WWE run. He famousy slaammed Yokozuna on the deck of the USS Intrepid. Luger later returned to WCW and remained with the company until WWE acquired them in 2001. Given his successful career, many fans have been expecting to see Luger get inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame someday.
Speaking with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Lex Luger was asked to name the person he would want to induct into the WWE Hall of Famer.
"Obviously, Sting would be a great choice. He pops in my mind first for sure," Luger said.
Luger noted that they have been friends for a long time, and they are still close. During the interview, Luger also commented on being in attendance for Sting's last match at AEW Revolution.
“It was fabulous. What a career. Who would have imagined, spanning five decades of time, really. Absolutely incredible," Luger said.
Luger previously said he was hopeful that he would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2024, but he was not part of the class.
