Bianca Belair saw Mandy Rose use the hair whip.
Last night on Raw, the six women competing in Sunday's elimination chamber match were in a six-woman tag team match. During the match, Mandy Rose got a reaction from the crowd and commentary with her hair whip on Bayley. A WWE twitter account posted a GIF of the move.

NXT's Bianca Belair made note of the hair whip. Belair wears an extremely long ponytail in the ring. Her hair is often part of her offense. She tweeted to make claim to ownership of the hair whip.
You're not me.

You never will be me.
The #HairWhip is MINE.
Have a seat.
Matter of fact.
Have SEVERAL SEATS. https://t.co/B1jt4zPpGK
Rose responded quickly by accusing Belair of using a hair piece as a weapon. Belair was quick with her retort by calling Rose fake in general and then posted a picture of when she used her hair whip on Rose in NXT.
Hunnyyyyy... trust me I don’t need to buy a FAKE piece of hair to use as a weapon... -- it’s called a hair FLIP, chill out there toots ! -- #Salty https://t.co/L9f5RYikUp

Rose's on-screen friends came to her defense. Both the leader of Absolution Paige and Rose's partner in the Mixed Match Challenge Goldust spoke up and referenced Belair's inexperience in WWE.
Yikes. Wassup new girl. ----@WWE_MandyRose keep hair flipping girl. https://t.co/ml2kqHI20D

Rose will have a chance to win the Raw Women's Championship at WWE Elimination Chamber. Belair has only wrestled a few times on NXT but did take part in the Mae Young Classic.
