Dark Side of the Ring is going to interview Owen Hart's widow.
Thanks to a Facebook post from the Owen Hart Foundation, the charity formed by Owen's Widow, Martha Hart, there is confirmation that Martha will be interviewed for season two of Dark Side of the Ring.
Owen's tragic death which was the result of an elaborate entrance gone wrong at the WWE Over The Edge pay-per-view in 1999, ultimately led to a lot of legal battles between the Hart family and WWE. These legal battles, by the admission of many of the family through autobiographies and interviews deeply divided the family in the following years.
Martha has also been steadfast about not wanting Owen to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. A subject that Mark Henry touched upon in his own induction speech in 2018.
Season 2 of Dark Side of the Ring is also set to take a deep dive into such topics as the Chris Benoit tragedy, the WWF Brawl For All from 1998 and more.
