ROH announced on June 25 that they would be investigating claims made against Scrull and other ROH roster members during the Speaking Out movement. Scurll was accused of sexual assault in 2015 and posted two different statements regarding the matter. ROH has provided no official update regarding the investigation after their initial announcement.

Scurll was removed from the roster page in October.

Scurll re-signed with ROH at the beginning of 2020 and was named lead booker of the promotion. Delirious reportedly regained control of creative duties when ROH resumed television production in the summer.

Fightful will provide more details on the matter as they are known.
