Marty Scurll On ROH Working With AEW: I Don't See Why Not, It Comes Down To Timing

Marty Scurll decided to pick ROH over AEW when his contract was up at the end of 2019, but that doesn't mean he is opposed to working with his friends at All Elite Wrestling.

Upon re-signing with ROH, Scurll assumed the duties of the lead booker and immediately got to work by helping repair ROH's relationship with NJPW and NWA. With Scurll wanting companies to come together to give fans dream matches, many are wondering if ROH would be open to working with AEW.

"I don't see why not. It would just have to be a matter of timing and it would benefit both companies. I have an amazing relationship with the Bucks, I have a pretty good relationship with Tony Khan. Both parties are willing to work with each other, it's just a matter of timing. It's something I wouldn't rule out. I'm not saying anything will happen. There's no reason why we wouldn't, the timing just needs to be correct. I'd like to see it happen," said Scurll on ROHStrong podcast.

Elsewhere during the interview, Scurll says he still talks with The Young Bucks and Hangman Page daily. He also made a cameo appearance on a recent episode of Being The Elite to help promote Being The Elite 200.
