Matt Hardy shares his thoughts on Adam Copeland feuding with Christian Cage so soon after his AEW debut.

Adam Copeland, formerly known as Edge in WWE, made his AEW debut at AEW WrestleDream, where he confronted his former tag team partner Christian Cage. The two stars have been feuding ever since; Copeland defeated Luchasaurus in his AEW in-ring debut on the October 10 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, the veteran was asked whether he was surprised to see that Copeland was already feuding with Cage.

“I think you have to address it, right from the jump. I feel like if Adam Copeland shows up and he goes into a program with someone else, it’s weird that he doesn’t his best friend and longtime tag team partner, Christian. I think you have to do it from the jump," Hardy said.
