Mercedes Mone has officially declared for the Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament.
Mercedes said she wanted to add more gold to her collection, and she would do that by winning the Owen and then winning the AEW Women's Title at AEW All In.
Tony Schiavone noted that there would be a lot of competition in the Owen Hart Foundation tournament, including Billie Starkz.
