On July 7, there was a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider that the pair had been removed from WWE's internal roster. Raj Giri reported on June 15 that Banks had been released, but there was no confirmation from WWE or Banks that was the case.
Following Johnson's report, our premium Fightful Select service provided an update revealing that Banks and Naomi were removed from the internal roster “weeks ago,” however there is yet to be an edict to remove the women from the official WWE roster on WWE’s website.
It was reported by PWInsider Thursday, July 7, that Naomi and Sasha Banks were removed from the internal WWE roster. Fightful exhausted their resources to get an update on the situation. However, nothing major has changed.
Fightful has learned that Sasha Banks and Naomi disappeared from other internal rosters as far back as "weeks" ago. However, nobody that we've heard from on WWE's digital end has been prompted to remove them from the official website's roster.
Sasha Banks has yet to post publicly in any regard since the incident in May and neither woman has commented publicly on the walkout or suspension.
