In a Raw Exclusive, The Miz was asked whether The Judgment Day's loss was his win in R-Truth.

The Miz: 100%, are you kidding me? R-Truth is not only one of the greatest WWE superstars of all time, but we have some unsettled business. Because the first time we tagged was a very long time ago, maybe like ten years ago. But let’s not age ourselves. But we fell short on the tag team titles. But now, we have just qualified for the tag team titles, and I’m ready for WrestleMania. You good with ladders?

R-Truth: Why wild you ask me that? I’m not a roofer.

The Miz: It’s a Ladder Match at WrestleMania.

R-Truth: A ladder match? Whose idea was that?

Miz: Ours. It was our idea.

R-Truth: We did talk about that. But I didn’t think we were serious. I thought we were just chewing the rag, spitballing.

Miz: I don’t chew rags. You chew a rag?

Truth: No.

Miz: Hypothetically saying?

Truth: Yes. So it is a ladder match?

Miz: It’s a ladder match.

When asked how they would get on the same page ahead of WrestleMania, both Miz and R-Truth noted that they were always on the same page.
