Hurricane Debby is currently wreaking havoc in South Carolina and Georgia, as both states are dealing with severe flooding. Florida and the Carolinas are also getting hit hard, and the August 7th taping of AEW Dynamite at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem might be affected.
AEW American Champion MJF took to Twitter/X and wrote that all flights to North Carolina had been canceled, likely because no one would want to go to the "garbage state." He wrote that, because he was an American hero and he had an obligation to his country, he was driving 10.5 hours to make the show. MJF said that he would give Will Ospreay a preview of AEW All In by defeating Kyle Fletcher.
