MJF returned at AEW WrestleDream, continuing his rivalry Daniel Garcia.
As Daniel Garcia had his sights on AEW TNT Champion Jack Perry, MJF made his return to confront Garcia.
Garcia and MJF had a staredown in the middle of the ring before Perry attacked Garcia from behind. With Garcia down, MJF pounced.
MJF got on the mic and said the last time he saw Garcia, he defeated him at AEW All Out, then he went on to make "several movies and several millions." MJF said the bidding war was about as real as the Seattle Supersonics.
Just as Daniel Garcia saves Shibata, MJF returns to face off with the man that put him on the shelf!

MJF revealed that he found his Dynamite Diamond ring at a pawn shop in Buffalo, and was about to make MJF kiss the ring before he was interrupted by Adam Cole.
MJF had been off television since AEW All Out when he was hit with a piledriver off the middle rope from Garcia. MJF was stretchered out of the arena.
Fightful Select reported on October 10 that MJF was "expected to be returning to AEW TV sooner than later." He has been away filming "Happy Gilmore 2" with Adam Sandler.
