- Stream issues plagued the start of the show. The issues were prevalent as Bobby Fish faced Timothy Thatcher before the feed stopped. Once things got back up and running, the announcers played it off like the feed was being hacked and a doomsday clock appeared.

- BRG and Bobby Fish attack Paul London. Brock Anderson and CW Anderson come out and act like they are saving London, but instead attack him.

- The Andersons (Brock Anderson & CW Anderson) def. Love Doug & Jay Lyon

- 2024 Opera Cup Tournament Quarterfinal: KENTA def. Akira

- Little Guido vs. Nolo Kitano vs. Jimmy Lloyd vs. LSG ended in a no contest when Donovan Dijak laid everyone out.

- Dijak says he will become MLW World Champion.

- MLW World Tag Team Championships: Contra Unit (Minoru Suzuki & Ikuro Kwon) def. CozyMax (Satoshi Kojima & Shigeo Okumura) (c) to win the titles.

- Krule and Janai Kai came out and laid out Kojima.
