Natalya recalls TJ Wilson's comments about Chad Gable.
Penta made his debut for WWE on the January 13 edition of Raw, defeating Chad Gable in a singles bout. The match has been highly praised by fans, with some even saying its an early Match Of The Year contender for WWE.
As it turns out, TJ Wilson (Tyson Kidd) was also a big fan of the match. While speaking to Toronto Sun for a new interview, Natalya revealed that Wilson went as far as to call Gable the best wrestler in the entire world after re-watching his bout with Penta.
“TJ, my husband, who’s also as you guys know a producer in WWE — TJ, we came home, we watched it again, we watched Gable vs. Penta again and TJ said to me, ‘I think Gable is the best wrestler in the entire world.’ TJ is very much, I feel like he’s kind of a savant when it comes to wrestling, he’s studied it since he was a child, he’s really just like a connoisseur. He’s like, ‘Gable is phenomenal.’”
Natalya went on to heap some praise on Penta, saying that he brings a ton of personality to the ring.
“Of course, Penta I think shocked everybody with — he’s not just an amazing luchador, he has so much personality. He’s just oozing charisma and he’s wearing a mask, but you can feel his energy.
