Tetsuya Naito and Hiromu Takahashi captured the IWGP World Tag Team Championships at NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka, defeating The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson).
The finish saw Naito hit a pair of Destinos on the brothers before finishing off Nick with one final Destino.
The Destino party occurred after Los Ingobernables de Japon were able to stop a TK Driver from the Bucks.

This marks the first reign as IWGP Tag Team Champions for Naito & Hiromu. This is the third IWGP Tag Team Title reign overall for Naito and the first for Hiromu.
The Bucks held the titles for 37 days and made zero successful title defenses.
