Nic Nemeth got suspended from TNA programming following an errant Superkick to Santino Marella.
Ryan Nemeth came down to argue with Joe Hendry on the February 13 episode of TNA iMPACT! This follows Hendry beating Jake Something to retain his TNA World Title. Santino Marella, TNA Director of Authority, came down to try to restore order, but Something started attacking Hendry. This is when Nic Nemeth hit the ring and began Superkicking Hendry, who moved out of the way of the final kick, resulting in Santino being laid out.
Backstage, Santino told the former TNA Champion that he was suspended for four weeks to establish that nobody is above authority in TNA.
Chaos erupts once again in the iMPACT Zone thanks to @ryrynemnem! @NicTNemeth just accidentally took out @milanmiracle with a Superkick!
