Nick Aldis will be in action at ROH's next big show.
Ring Of Honor is coming together with New Japan Pro Wrestling, CMLL and the NWA to present Summer Supercard on August 9th in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Although an opponent has yet to be determined, it has been confirmed via ROHWrestling.com that Nick Aldis will defend the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship at Summer Supercard.
It was also noted that there will be a trios match at Summer Supercard involving talents from all four promotions involved with the show. Nick Aldis successfully defended the NWA Worlds Title against Marty Scurll at the Crockett Cup show in late April. Fightful's Jeremy Lambert was present at Crockett Cup and spoke with several wrestlers for exclusive interviews.
With the Summer Supercard match card coming together with nearly two months left go to until the show, ROH is also building to their Best In The World pay-per-view and already slated for that show is an ROH World TV Title match, ROH World Title match and it was confirmed today that Villain Enterprises are putting their ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships on the line at the June 28th pay-per-view.
