Niño Hamburguesa Wins 2025 Rey de Reyes Tournament on AAA Rey de Reyes

New Rey de Reyes crowned.

AAA hosted the event "Rey de Reyes" from the Juan de La Barrera Gymnasium. The show featured the titular one-night tournament. After four qualifier matches, the finalists of the tourney were Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr, El Mesías, DMT Azul & Niño Hamburguesa.

After an intense match in the semi-main event, DMT Azul accidentally struck El Mesías in the head, which led to Wagner taking DMT Azul out of the match. The finish of the match occurred when El Mesías & Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. struck each other with low blows, allowing Hamburguesa to hit a Frog Splash on Mesías to pick up the win.

This is Hamburguesa's first accolade with AAA since holding the AAA Mixed Tag Titles alongside Big Mami for over 775 days. This is also Hamburguesa's first tournament win with AAA in his career.
